Mark your calendars for the next FACL Atlantic Asian Lawyer and Student Networking Event!
Our FACL Atlantic Law Students Team in conjunction with Dalhousie Asian Law Students Association (DALSA) has been hard at work planning this year’s networking event to connect Asian law students to members of our profession. The opportunity to meet at previous events has been greatly appreciated by students and lawyers alike and we hope that you’ll join us again this year for wonderful food, drinks, allyship, and conversation. We are pleased to support another Asian business this year.

FACL Atlantic - CBA-NS Asian Heritage Month Event
In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, we are pleased to invite you to a special film screening of But I Look Like a Lawyer hosted in partnership with the CBA-NS.
This powerful documentary, an initiative of FACL BC, shares the lived experiences of members of the Pan-Asian legal community, highlighting stories of discrimination, stereotyping, and bias faced in the profession.
The evening will begin with a private screening in the Gallery’s theatre, followed by a reception upstairs featuring delicious food from a local Asian restaurant — a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate the rich contributions of Asian Canadians in law and beyond.
Space is limited — RSVP today to secure your spot!
